These Terms govern your use of Click2Shop ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Click2Send Ltd., a company registered in England & Wales.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Buying

When you place an order, you enter into a contract directly with the independent seller. Click2Shop facilitates the transaction and collects payment on the seller's behalf.

3. Selling

Sellers must comply with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002. Our separate Seller Agreement applies.

4. Prohibited items

You may not list counterfeit goods, age-restricted products without appropriate verification, weapons, or anything else prohibited under UK law. See our Safety & Trust page for the full list.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Revolut Ltd. We never see or store full card details.

6. Returns

Buyers have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See Returns & refunds for the process.

7. Liability

Click2Shop's liability is limited to the sum paid for the order giving rise to the claim, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law (fraud, death/personal injury caused by our negligence, etc.).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
