Seller agreement

1. Eligibility
You must be UK-established, aged 18+, and either a sole trader, partnership, LLP or limited company. We verify your identity (Onfido) and your business (Companies House API).
2. Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information, images, prices, and availability. All listings must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and display VAT-inclusive pricing where applicable.
3. Fees
- Commission: 8% of item price (excl. VAT).
- Payment processing: 1.4% + 20p per transaction (Revolut pass-through).
- Shipping labels: charged at Click2Send wholesale rates.
4. Payouts
Funds clear to your Revolut Business account on a 14-day rolling basis, net of commission, processing fees, refunds and chargebacks. You can change your payout schedule in Seller Finances.
5. VAT
If you are VAT-registered, you are responsible for issuing valid VAT invoices. Click2Shop can generate compliant invoices on your behalf using the VAT number you supply. For non-UK OSS sales (EU), you are responsible for the relevant registrations.
6. Prohibited & restricted items
See our Safety & Trust page for the full list. We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Consumer rights
You must honour the buyer's statutory rights, including the 14-day right to cancel, and the 30-day right to a refund for faulty goods. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and chargebacks.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your seller account for repeated breach of these terms, fraud, or unresolved trust-and-safety concerns. You may close your account at any time after fulfilling all outstanding orders.
