Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify the seller you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the items.
How to return an item
- Open the order from Your account → Orders.
- Select the item and choose Return. Pick a reason.
- We email you a prepaid Click2Send label within one working day.
- Drop the parcel at any Click2Send agent or book a collection.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods, or of you providing evidence the goods were returned, whichever is earlier.
Items you cannot return
- Personalised or made-to-order items.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Faulty or mis-described items
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty or doesn't match its description. Open a dispute on the order page and we'll mediate.
